PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
We provide lively and flexible home care built around you in the comfort of your own home ranging from short hourly visits to long visits as we maintain your personal hygiene with dignity and respect.
We offer a person-centred home care throughout England and Wales. We support your day-to-day living providing emotional support and encouragement that you desire to continue living independently.
We offer personalised care services suited to your own individual requirements which include activities of daily living such as:
- Bathing and showering assistance
- Getting up
- Washing

24 HOUR CARE
GOZIAN healthcare also provides a 24-hour care for persons who require 24-hour care but do not wish for a carer to live in their home.
This service is also for our clients who do not have room for a carer in their homes.
We offer a care package where our carer will provide your care needs during the day and at night-time another carer will be with you all through the night.
This package is tailored to suite your routine as agreed in your personalized care plan in accordance to your health needs assessment.
HOSPITAL TO HOME CARE
At GOZIAN health care we appreciate the need for a quality home care in frail and vulnerable clients and this helps in the prevention of repetitive falls and preventable injuries.
Our support workers will provide you with support helping you to return and settle into your home following a hospital stay.
We provide a personalised care tailored to individual needs enabling you regain those vital skills lost through illness as you get your independence back and avoid hospital re-admission.
We will work together with other professionals involved in your care to ensure a good transition from hospital back to your home. We will provide you with qualified nurses, carers, and support workers to meet your needs.
We will provide various discharge support like:
- Supervision of hospital discharge arrangements

RESPITE CARE
GOZIAN health care also provides respite care to relief family members that care for their loved ones. Our qualified care workers will provide temporary or a short-term relief on a regular basis as agreed in your care package. This will relief you and give you some time-off from your care role to enable you regain strength to continue providing care for your loved ones.
Our staff are highly flexible and can provide both one-off or emergency respite care or regular respite care. Our staff can also provide extra support whenever and where ever you need one.
